The meal plan meets your macros, ensures you get the right amount of protein and calories and is fully customizable- swap any meal out for another one- Strongr Fastr makes sure the replacement is healthy and meets your macros too. You get simple recipes and a simple grocery list to make shopping and meal prep easy.

The exercise routines fit your schedule, goals, and equipment and can be weighted or bodyweight and can include cardio. Pre-loaded routines include Greyskull LP, 531 BBB, 531 Triumvirate, 531 Building the Monolith, GZCLP and GZCL Method, Texas Method, Madcow 5x5, PHAT routine, PHUL routine, Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Routine, PPL routines, all of which are proven bodybuilding or powerlifting routines.

4 ★It has afew little glitches with the workouts. I also wish it would automatically give healthier options. There is alot of cereal and juice for snacks. Also abit more variety in recipes would be great. So much pasta and mexican but not much asian. Love the add your own recipes feature though so that makes up for it. Wish there was an option to send a recipe to another member as my hubby has the app aswell and had to remake all the receipes i logged
3 ★Food logging is wrong. When I add a food, it changes the calories. The label shows something has 10 Calories, but when I put all info from the product label for an individual serving size, (& checking that the serving size is correct which is difficult to change) the app changes it to 12 calories... Also the daily meal plans are extremely repetitive.
3 ★Good app for those who are already familiar with routines and sets. I tried Premium hoping for more of a full workout in one follow-along video. Plus you can't add additional excercise to bump up your score, this app is designed to just follow theexact plan, which is actually great for very disciplined people. It was noir for me.

5 ★When I first install the app it was very easy to sign up and get things started I actually like the app it's very useful for my daily work outs, i also like that it has different strength training exercises from beginner to extreme I'm definitely going to upgrade to the pro version!
1 ★When I go to track calories and I start seeing stupid numbers like 151 cal or 153 cal instead of 150, it let's me know all I need to know about an app. The most simplest of things aren't even accurate, yet they jam force the subscription options in your face nonstop. No thanks.
5 ★EXCELLENT APP!!! I'm a vegetarian and this even caters to people like me who have dietary restrictions! Every Sunday, I get a list of foods for a day to try out according to my macros. Workouts, logging food and everything you need to get in shape. Such a great app and I really appreciate people like this doing an app for people like me who have no idea what to eat to be able to diet. Thank you, Phil from Stronger Faster!
5 ★I am loving this app. My boyfriend told me to use it months ago and I didn't listen. and he is freakin ripped in 6 months of him using it. but I wish I did. I already lost 6 pounds. And based on this app and if I stay consistent, I should be to my goal weight by 2022 without starving myself and with variety in food options. also I love that I can avoid recipes with dairy using this app. just amazing!!!!
5 ★I think it's a great app, the only improvement I'd offer is while in the middle of a workout be able to change the order of exercises because going to a public gym not all the exercisesare availablein the order. Other than that it's a great app.
5 ★At first, it takes time to navigate. so far, I like how organize the Exercises in categories& easy to sort through. Meals give a great depiction of a proper plan look like BUT you have to pay for more specifics.
5 ★I love this app/online resource. Batching groceries is a super awesome option, as is having recipes that take multiple days into account for meal prep. I had some issues at first with meal selection (I use macros) but then I read the advice about pinning meals and having the generator build around them. This is amazing. Thank you!
