Description
The National Department of Human Settlement has initiated a plan to allow for low income households to apply for a housing subsidy. These are also commonly known as RDP houses. To qualify for a RDP house, you must be:- Over 21 years of age and mentally competent to sign a contract
- A South African Citizen
- Earn less than R3500 for an RDP application
- Earn between R3500 and R15000 for a housing subsidy application.
- A first time government subsidy recipient
- A first time home owner
The SITA Housing Application helps you apply for a place to stay. Apply for a home subsidy and if you qualify stand a chance to receive RDP housing from your local government. The Housing Application App enables you to apply for a home on the go at your own time. No need to travel to your nearest local government to find and fill in the Housing Application form in person.
