Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★It is a very good way to learn how to go about buying a home.
5 ★Very detailed with clear photos
3 ★Not enough listings for the area.....
1 ★The listings are not updated.
1 ★Pictures don't load
3 ★no way to save your favorites. not a very well thought out user interface. reminded me of a chatroom from 2002. dial up status. antiquated.
3 ★I would rate it higher if the pictures actually loaded. I've only had it downloaded 5 minutes and I'm annoyed with the fact that many of the pictures are not loading. That's definitely an important feature to have working when it comes to people house hunting. I notice I'm not the only one that's mentioned the issue, as well. But, it seems it is impossible to find a list of local foreclosures online (for free), so this is the only option I have found thus far. PLEASE fix this issue.
1 ★Poor info, this is nothing different than any of the other real estate lookup apps, the difference is this app is littered with ad after ad, no filters, county search is to broad. In order to compete it needs a ton of real world adjustments. I personally would rather pay a few $$ for an app that does what it advertises vs one that is a POS that's overloaded with ads.
5 ★I like this app. I usually have to look up a state map that outline the state's map by counties. That is easy and once you have an idea which county in the state your looking for it is easy to find nice, reasonably priced homes. The homes that I find are rarely torn up and at good prices. It definitely makes a home search so easy!
4 ★It is so hard to find free foreclosure listings online, and this app fell into my lap. While I wish there were more filters (lot size, house sqft, etc) its definitely a helpful app and already I found a house I like that didn't come up in my searches on other apps, even though it fit my criteria.
1 ★I put my price range in and the area and the first half dozen houses were at least 10x the range I entered. Will NEVER use this worthless app again!!!
1 ★Terrible app, extremely slow and poor user interface, but most importantly does not provide the advertised information. It's mostly just pushing new homes by sponsored realtors, almost no foreclosures (I found exactly one). Takes an excessive amount of time to load anything and then the data it gives is largely inaccurate.
