Description
今年夏天會很熱，大家要小心別中暑喔！烤番薯、熱番薯、燒番薯等詞，常被用來形容台灣夏秋兩季的酷熱天氣。但若僅就氣溫而忽略了濕度的影響，那往往與人實際感受到的溫度會有極大的差異。本程式利用美國國家氣象局所使用的酷熱指數，依公式貼心為您計算台灣即時酷熱指數，以便在炎炎夏日裡防範各種熱傷害。
請特別注意：
酷熱指數係指「一般正常人」在「陰涼處」且「不考慮」風的情況下，對溫度與溼度的感受。如果置身在烈日下，酷熱指數最多可能增加攝氏 8 度 (即本程式所得的數值再加上8)。「長按」下方各種等級的按鈕，會顯示該等級按鈕的說明。
由於國內對於「熱傷害」的定義，除了「國軍的中暑危險係數」外，並沒有非常明確的定義方式。因此，本程式採用「美國國家氣象局」所使用的「酷熱指數」(Heat Index)，以及「酷熱指數」的分級制度，讓您在炎炎夏日裡，能夠即時判斷目前的酷熱指數，以便能及時避免可能的熱傷害。
另外，為了方便家長換算國軍的中暑危險係數，了解正在服役中的子弟身處的狀況，程式內也加入了標題為「國軍」的欄位項目，以國軍的分類方式 (藍黃紅三種顏色的旗幟) 來說明目前各地的狀況。
本程式，除了讓您瀏覽依據各地狀況所算出的酷熱指數之外 (依據中央氣象局所設立的氣候監測站傳回資料)，小弟也將「酷熱指數計算機」留在程式裡頭，方便您依據所處環境的溫度與濕度，自行計算「酷熱指數」與「國軍的中暑危險係數」。
注意：有時氣候觀測站並無「濕度」資料，程式會自動用 75% 的濕度代入公式，若酷熱指數前有星號（例如：*30.3），即代表該數字為以濕度 75% 所估算出的估算值。再次提醒您，如果您置身在烈日下曝曬在其中，酷熱指數最多可能增加攝氏 8 度 (即本程式所得的數值再加上8)，請務必特別留意！
酷熱指數說明：
- 未達：美國國家氣象局所使用的酷熱指數公式，有最低的溫度與濕度設限。攝氏溫度必須大於 27 度且濕度必須大於 40% 以上，才可以適用該公式。
- 謹慎：酷熱指數介於 27–32°C 之間，應注意避免長時間的暴曬和活動，以延緩或降低發生疲勞的機率。持續不停的活動可能會導致熱痙攣。
- 警告：酷熱指數介於 32–41°C 之間，有發生熱痙攣和熱衰竭的可能。持續不停的活動可能導致中暑。
- 危險：酷熱指數介於 41–54°C 之間，非常可能發生熱痙攣和熱衰竭！持續不停的活動可能導致中暑。
- 極危險：酷熱指數大於 54°C，發生中暑的機率很高，嚴重程度迫在眉睫，戶外活動請特別小心！！
國軍的中暑危險係數說明：
- 藍旗：危險係數低於 30 以下
輕度訓練：工作/休息無時間限制，累積飲水量 250 cc/小時
中度訓練：工作/休息無時間限制，累積飲水量 300 cc/小時
重度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 50/10(分)，累積飲水量 500 cc/小時
- 藍旗：危險係數介於 30 - 35 之間
輕度訓練：工作/休息無時間限制，累積飲水量 250 cc/小時
中度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 50/10(分)，累積飲水量 300 cc/小時
重度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 50/10(分)，累積飲水量 500 cc/小時
- 黃旗：危險係數介於 35-40 之間
輕度訓練：工作/休息無時間限制，累積飲水量 300 cc/小時
中度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 50/10(分)，累積飲水量 500 cc/小時
重度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 40/20(分)，累積飲水量 750 cc/小時
- 紅旗：危險係數大於 40 以上
輕度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 50/10(分)，累積飲水量 500 cc/小時
中度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 40/20(分)，累積飲水量 750 cc/小時
重度訓練：工作/休息時間長度為 30/30(分)，累積飲水量 1000 cc/小時
