Yoga for Runners contains Pre-Run training and Post-Run training two parts.

Pre-Run training focuses on body balance keeping, muscle strengthening and joint flexibility. Before running, just strike several simple yoga poses, stretch your body as warm-up, and adjust your body into the best condition for long-distance running.

When you finish running, never forget to refresh yourself. The Post-Run training is designed to restore, elongate, and loose the tense muscle. Also some stretching poses will help you avoid muscle mass after high intensity running and achieve a shaped body.

5 ★Im a 16 year old male, and i never took yoga seriosly, until now. ive been quite chubby for a while now, ive been running for a little while, but thats not enough. so, i wanted to try yoga (after seeing it in gta, pretty strage, i know.) but during the exercise, you can really feel the burn. So, im excited to see what this amazing app has in store to help me get in shape. the app is also incrediblyy good looking, yet also simple. making it easy to navigate, the exercises are also shown with hd videos.
4 ★Feels like it's missing a few key areas when stretching after a run. Also, doing static stretches prior to a run actually increases the chance for injury. That's something to keep in mind if you want to do the pre-run yoga.
