5 ★I love it! I do have a question however. After you've followed the 3 days, do you just continue your week like you usually do? I understand you can't let loose completely, but what are some examples of foods to eat in the remaining 4 days? Is there any foods (beside the obvious sugars) to avoid? Thanks in advance.

3 ★I love the fact that you have a grocery list on this for people. However this is not any kind of "military" diet plan. Results will be seen with this diet because it is a low calorie diet. However it seems that your macros are going to be off balance with this diet. A little tweaking and this would be a great app.
