Retrieve Location When the locator permissions are on you will see your loved one’s location on a map and receive updates if they change location. These general updates happen approximately every 20 minutes. In an emergency, First Responders get location updates every 30 seconds.

How to install Lively Link APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Lively Link APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

2 ★This app is extremely flawed. I only hope the medical device itself is working as promised. My elderly mother lives in another state and I check her status regularly. My daily reports regularly show that she's at home when I know she is at an appointment. It totally skipped a weekly report and the subsequent week showed absolutely no activity even though she was using it while she was out. This is supposed to provide peace of mind for users and family members but I've lost faith in it and am considering alternatives. I have spoken with customer support regularly and have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. I don't have confidence that the product will ever work.
1 ★The worst app ever. It is never accurate and takes forever to refresh. Check out the other complaints, all the answers from the company are the same...contact us. I did and got no satisfaction. The device's battery only lasts about 3 months then spends more time in the charger than on my mom who is 91. On top of that the price keeps going up so even that isnt worth it anymore. We've been customers for 6 years. Looking for something better.
1 ★The app stopped working when I updated to Android Pie. This is for tracking elderly individuals, so how about updating the app. Update:. I am lowering my review to one star. I have not been able to use this app since updating to Android P. Great call suggested using the browser for tracking but that doesn't give notifications from the device. I'm very disappointed that a company whose sole purpose is to provide a service to seniors and their family members can't update an application. FIX THE APP!!!!!!
1 ★Notifications aren't great, the app doesn't update with my mother's stats (says she hasn't walked at all when I know she has), and customer service was entirely useless when I emailed them. Now that it started notifying me every 5 seconds or less that it stopped, I uninstalled it. I feel bad for people who need to keep in touch with loved ones and therefore suffer through using this awful app.
1 ★It isn't working on my Android pie phone at all. I didn't receive a notification that my elderly morher used the device a week ago. Half the time it doesn't sync (even though the app says it does). I sometimes can't get updated information on the battery or my mother's whereabouts for as long as a month. And then it mysteriously begins working again. And it doesn't have an advanced notification setting that allows you to override Android's "do not disturb" setting. It isnt reliable at all.
1 ★For several months now, i have been unable to use the app to follow my mom who uses a Great Call button. After my phone was updated last night, I thought I would try again. Nope. Still does the same thing. I get a continuous pop up notification that says Great Call Link keeps stopping. I can't do anything else in my phone because this keeps popping up. I had to uninstall the app again. This is a safety issue now because i can't keep track of my mom and that is the whole idea behind Great Call!
1 ★Service claims to update location "several times an hour". So why is it that often the app will give a location as of "3 hours ago"? When you request a location update it can take 15 minutes or more. To me that's not "several times an hour". I hope the actual service - if needed for an emergency is far better than the app. Update 1/3/18, app just gave me my mothers location as 3 days ago.....this is B.S. Don't rely on it.
1 ★App used to work. Now it stops working and sends me a message that it has stopped. When I clear the message, it immediately pops back up, repeatedly. I can't do anything else on my phone for this happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. currently I have it uninstalled. Which means this app is useless for the family of my 91 year old mother inlaw.
1 ★The app is constantly stopping, and closing. I continually delete, and reload it, but nothing ever changes. I have also stopped receiving notifications, even though the notifications button is on. Your product does not help me keep up with my father's location and activities. The app is very unreliable. Virtually useless. I have documentation that backs up my assertions. I have complained many times, and have just given up on this ever working. I will be searching for a new company.
4 ★Great customer service but was never advised that you have to wear the device on the outside of your clothing for the fall detection to work properly.
1 ★Have a Google 3 phone and app does not work on my phone. Keep getting a message that the app has stopped. Have reinstalled 3 times and still not working. Was told by Greatcall that I would have to use my computer. That is not helpful because I don't have my computer with me in my purse when I am away from home. I previously had a Samsung phone and it worked pretty well. Disappointed by the lack of help I received from GreatCall.
3 ★Would be perfect if you could have customs questions, such as, did you charge your phone today? A lot of people with these phones are seniors and/or have dementia, so basic things like remembering to charge can be a challenge. Also, the app notifications do not work. For example if the phone leaves the home area, I am supposed to get an alert but I do not. And yes, everything in the settings is set appropriately.
