5 ★This app gave me full access to a theatrical performance (Come From Away in Toronto) for the first time ever. It worked well and was ~95% accurate and synced well. I highly recommend. I hope one day the threatres are able to provide phone mounts so you don't have to hold the phone for the entire show, but regardless, this app is worth it.

4 ★I used this for one show and it was helpful, some lyrics are hard to hear in a live performance and this helps. However, it is not flawless. On occasion lines were skipped, and on occasion lines were behind or ahead of what's live on stage by as much as 20 seconds. Timing fault of cast/director, or app? Not sure. And infrequently it would skip entire monologues, leaving the previous line in place for as long as a minute. Could use with a manual "advance" or "step back" command to be great!

5 ★Amazing! Saved me at Hamilton. I'm lyric-deaf and it helped me follow the story so much better!

2 ★Loops and when intermission was over didn't start, had to log in, but couldn't do that since it was dark and would be distracting. Was easy to use, if it worked when needed. Disappointed.

3 ★Watched two shows in London. App is not robust, too unrealibile, sometime works sometimes doesn't. They need to make the whole thing much simpler, press start it works

3 ★Not for movie theaters. No use in anything but MAJOR metropolitan areas, so I'll be deleting. Movie theaters have some compatability with hearing aids (so I could hear surround sound via the TV setting in my hearing aid app) but it did zero to make the words more intelligibile. Still on the hunt.

1 ★Might be nothing wrong with the app but it kept disconnecting from the internet in the theatre so never actually worked. So disappointing as I was really looking forward to trying it out.

5 ★Used this app for Frozen in London last night. It was a little tricky to set up but I think that was because of my large font setting on my phone. The pre and in show excellent and at least 95% in sync with the action on stage. Please offer this for more shows.

1 ★This is terrible idea. Its a huge distraction to have phones glowing all around you during the show. Plus people who don't know about ap just see people on phone and then they are like cool guess its ok to get out my phone now. They have other less distracting options. Now going to see a musical has become like how concerts are now with a bunch of glowing phones being held up in your face.
