eGobCan es una aplicación desarrollada por el Gobierno de Canarias con el fin de facilitar a los ciudadanos un punto de acceso único a todas las aplicaciones y servicios móviles desarrollados por los distintos Departamentos y Organismos Públicos del Gobierno de Canarias.La aplicación dispone también de un servicio de noticias y de avisos (que incluye la mensajería push) para que el ciudadano se encuentre en todo momento informado tanto de la actividad del Gobierno de Canarias, como de las posibles alertas y avisos que puedan suceder en el día a día.
Así mismo, dispone de una sección de utilidades donde se ofrece un mapa de localización e información de la redes wifi gratuitas disponibles en los diferentes edificios públicos, de Oficinas de Información y Atención Ciudadana, Oficinas de Atención Especializada, Oficinas de Registro, Centros sanitarios, Farmacias de Guardia, Centros educativos, las Llegadas y Salidas de vuelos en los Aeropuertos Canarios y un listado de puertos canarios con información de compañías navieras, horarios, etc.
Por último, como medio directo de interacción entre el ciudadano y la Administración, la aplicación cuenta con un acceso a las redes sociales del Gobierno de Canarias.
