How to install Enlighten APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Enlighten APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Ever read the Aldous Huxley book "Island?" Parrots blurt out, "attention, here&now!" This app can be used like that. Drink more water, practice Alexander Technique, brain training, stroke or PT recovery exercises...put any new routine on a not-so-invasive cue. Awesome! (Would like it to have multi-cues, with different sounds possible for each purpose.)

4 ★Simple and exactly what I needed. It would be nice if there was a way to keep track of when you actually acknowledge the alert. Like you can check off every instance of an awareness reminder.

4 ★This is much more reliable than similar apps I've found. Please add an option to select notification tone. I want to select a different sound for this app than default notification everything else uses.
