1 ★Just don't go to colive.... Room is very bad... Service is very poor..n most important they will not refund your deposite n its been more than 2 month n i have also called costumer care but they don't responded and they have give me electric bill of 1500 for 2month even i don't use electric.... Just don't go to colive
1 ★This group is a big fraud. First they charged me for so many times for which they never actually gave me a reason even if i ask also they kept charging me rent even after i evacuated with proper notice period on top of that they still are asking money. I asked them multiple times but never returned my security deposit. Multiple complaints were lodged. My SR88556, they kept asking for sending mails to 4 to 5 different ppl but i never received refund. Guys never try to go to them. They're fraud.
1 ★#1 in deposit fraud, colive has mastered the art of deposit fraud. Worst service ever I saw in my life. I have Billing issue for which I have been waiting for 2months, till not received. It is impossible to talk to any support member. Only way is through tickets and the response they provide is of no use. I don't even know like how to escalate the issue or whom to talk also. I'm completely clueless what to do. Never ever will come back here. Guys please find some other place, don't come here.
1 ★Hi Guys, I was staying in Colive Garnet based on Hyderabad , I stayed there for one year and if I leave little things I had a good experience staying there for one year . Problem arises once you vacate their property , they will charge you with absurd things and you can forget about your deposit since they will make sure you won't get it soon enough , and then after some months you get mail from a private court regarding your dues which is absurd. Then you have to resolve the matter via calling.

3 ★PS Note, I have reduced my rating as management performance keeps reducing. Service request are closed without resolving. Agents send sample answers and close them, like as if req. are not read initially. My Overall experience is average. Room and food is good. But the management side has to improve. Requests are not dealt immediately. There is no toll free number to contact in case of urgent issues. Update-current requests SR141469 and SR140000. Ex. of req given sample replies & closed-SR134815
1 ★Waste of deposit money .. The major think is the refund process which is very frustrated one. Moreover they can say you can get some amount as return which is already 50% of your deposit amount with in 30 days. But you never get it easily. High electricity bill Poor management Less cleaniness Worst emloyees Bad manager Finally this colive is frustrated one for customer till now l am not getting my refund amount. Till now i won't get refund very very poor service

I have raised notice period as per policy (a month ago on 1st April ) and vacated the property on 27th April and now it's been more than 15 days from the date of vacating the property but have not received any amount back. No replies on the ticket raised. Worst customer service
1 ★Worst experience ever..you will get high electricity bill which you never used and customer service will never help. I suggest not to rent a flat here. Cleaning is ok but they will deduct money for maintenance at the end of the month as they wish. However u will get charged more than the actual rent
1 ★Worst stay experience ever! I'm being charged separation charges of 1.3K. Repair charges of 1.2K. My basic rent was 5.5K. But now, its 6K. Even electricity. I cleared all my previous dues. I had to leave due to emergency and if you know, due to a pandemic. They threaten me to pay 7.5K settlement amount otherwise, I'll face legal actions. If this is how customers are treated, I'd never recommend anybody to stay at Colive. They still have my security deposit which hasn't be refunded.
1 ★Very bad... Not it's worst... Don't stay in colive space.. not even think to stay... They want 2000rs advance booking, 1month security deposit and 1month immediately. When we ask for refund... They will put unnecessary charges and 1week we have to spare a our precious time To get the money back.. if you are lucky money wil be back... Otherwise.. gone ..
