1 ★Do not know how to set up a video chat. Right now, I do not trust any doctors, the last two years treating on things but doing more harm to my general health

1 ★Glitchy. I can't even get complete the questions to schedule a virtual appointment without getting multiple error messages or kicked out of the app. So frustrating

1 ★I got a new phone, I downloaded the new app and it will not open up past the initial page. It looks like the page is too big for the screen but will not allow me to move it or zoom. I can not do anything with it. I have tried deleting/re-downloading it to the newest version but nothing works. it worked on my old phone before upgrading.

1 ★Doesn't work at all on my Galaxy S22 ultra. Unfortunately, my company switched to this service from Teledoc. Already I am deeply disappointed. Installed the app from the play store but when I opened it, all I saw was a picture of some woman. There was nowhere to click on the whole home page, no menu, no nothing. What's the use of even having an app?

2 ★I appreciate the service, but it's not geared towards truck drivers who spend there time out on the roads. It's convenient for getting your requirements on RX, but it's not convenient for the hassle us truck drivers have to go through just to get them. Having to refill your prescriptions every 30 days is an absolute nightmare. Depending on where we are in the US, it can be literally impossible. LabCorp visits are also nearly impossible because what LabCorp has parking space for a 75' semi?
