3 ★May update this later. It was great until they took away the daily wheel spin. Nobody wants to download extra games to their phone in order to win extra points. MAYBE an IN-APP game, but not a separate download. The daily reset would've been nice at a specific time instead of when you last scanned a receipt. Other than that, I wish they were more specific with their offers / how redemption works.
4 ★I used to get a ton of extra points on items I frequently purchase, but the discover page changes apparently. I will say I have racked up the same points in 2 weeks with the new games than I had in the 2 months prior to the update. I just redeemed my points for my first gift card, I chose $50 to long horn. It takes 3 days to process I guess, but if it comes through, I'd give it 5 stars. Earning rewards for basically being a person is a nice concept.
1 ★Terrible company. They removed all (over 28,000) of my points nearly one hour before I was to receive a gift card reward, claiming that somehow all of my receipts scanned to accumulate said points "broke the rules". I find it hard to believe that it would be necessary to remove all of my hard-earned points right before my reward was supposed to post, with only vague reasoning being given. They just don't want to hold up their end of the deal. This app is a scam, don't waste your time with it!
1 ★I give it a 1 star now. ever since , they took away the spin the wheel to win points my phone doesn't allow me to download games to win more. So now I only gain the 25 basic points or gather from what key items I purchase on their list, not happy with this change. It takes too long to win any of the cash out prizes to begin with and the wheel had been the biggest improvement, then you just took it away. No one has time to sit and play games.
5 ★Beware! If you get a new phone or if your internet is interrupted you may not be able to get your e-receipts. I contacted the Help Desk so many times I lost count. No one seems to know the answer to correct the issue. I really did like this app but if you're an online shopper this app may not be for you. So frustrated and disappointed. 1/8/2024 Have been using this app for years and have had no further problems. Earned many gift cards. Love it!
1 ★The recently added a "play for points" feature and discontinued the spin reward for daily scans. The play for points feature requires you to download and play games with adds. Really annoying and a waste of time. I'm looking for another rewards app. Based on the developers' response, it's clear they don't get the point or are ignoring it. I don't have time or interest in playing games for points. Still checking out other apps.
2 ★I've had and used Fetch Rewards app for quite some time but as of recently my rewards such as Gift cards have been stuck on "processing" even after waiting the supposed "72" hours waiting period (3 days). Update: I lowered my review from 3 stars down to 2 stars as they didn't assist me whatsoever and all they did was cancel my rewards which I was able to do so already prior to emailing them about my issue. Not only that but they decided to take away 2,000 of my points for simply "helping" me.
4 ★I really like this app to earn point of what I've spent. However, now it's become harder to accumulate points and this Let's Play just takes up space on my phone so therefore I won't do. It was so much easier to earn when having a daily spin, even if it was only 5 points. Though, 5 points is better than games taking up space and not earning nothing at all. Bring Back Daily Spin!!
1 ★This app went downhill fast. I used to really enjoy scanning a receipt(s) and spinning the wheel each day to see if there are any bonus points. They took it away, and now, instead of the bonus wheel, you have to download and play games. I'm not using up my data or battery life or time just to sit on a game. I'll keep scanning receipts once in awhile but it's no longer a priority.
5 ★The app does what it says it does. Gift card options are popular places across each category & delivered fast. You can link it to your email to scan e-receipts, although not all retailers receipts are accepted. Fair time-frame to scan in the receipts. It's tedious to stack up points at 25/receipt, but there are always tons of offers for extra points for certain products, brands, etc. I've seen those xtra points range as low as 35/receipt to as high as 5000/receipt. I think it's worth the time
1 ★I used to love this app. Now it is only okay. They started giving points for playing games, and mine worked for a few days now it doesn't. I have been emailing back and forth with them with random ridiculous requests for over 8 days with still no resolve. It is a known issue, but they have no fix. It's such a shame. I think it is the troubleshooting that is the biggest concern for me. At this point, a phone call would be better. As you can see by all the most recent reviews it is bad.
2 ★It's great when the app actually works but when you have to contact customer service it's like pulling teeth... Especially with the new fetch play. Nobody reads anything you have to repeat yourself five times at least and even then the issue is usually only half resolved. Customer support just says well you got some points today and repeats non-relevant "helpful" information. Edit: The developer's response proves my point. They don't read.
