STOCK Mobile is a user-friendly application, cooperating with the STOCK program and AssetsNinja, useful for conducting inventory and performing other operations on assets. The application supports Standard and Pro versions, and is available in two language versions, Polish and English.STOCK Mobile functionalities in the Standard version:
• It is possible to inventory the assets downloaded from the STOCK application.
• Data can be downloaded directly from the computer application
• The application works with the SmartMedia miniSkaners (http://www.miniskaner.pl), other external scanners, and built-in mobile devices. It is also possible to scan using the camera on a mobile device.
• The application enables you to add surpluses, introduce quantities of scanned objects, as well as assign inventory notes.
• It is possible to scan the components assigned to assets.
• The application informs about rescanning and about the details of the scanned component
• It is possible to cancel the last scanned component
• The possibility to select or scan the code of place of use where the assets will be scanned
• When scanning, it is possible to change the place of use, and the person responsible of the component
• When scanning it is possible to check whether the component has a damaged label is incomplete or allocated for liquidation
• It is possible to add photos of assets during the scan, which will then be transmitted to the STOCK application
• It is possible to manually search for an asset when the barcode is unreadable
• The application enables you to view a list of the missing, scanned and added assets.
• Searching the scanned assets is possible after specifying the search criteria or by scanning a barcode.
