About YSDA Project APK
Description
L'obiettivo del progetto è di promuovere differenti iniziative sociali e di volontariato nello sport, con il fine di sostenere l'inclusione sociale, le pari opportunità e la salute, favorendo l'accesso e la partecipazione della cittadinanza alle attività sportive sul territorio europeo. Nello specifico, l'attuazione del progetto sarà implementato tramite la promozione di attività di volontariato nell'universo sportivo, supportando l'inclusione sociale nello sport dei ragazzi dai 16 ai 24 anni di età. La goal del progetto verrà strutturata tramite l'individuazione di Youth Sport Development Ambassadors (YSDAs) sul territorio, i quali, sotto la supervisione delle organizzazioni locali partecipanti, si occuperanno di sviluppare progetti, inerenti alla tematica, rivolti a gruppi sociali particolari come minoranze etniche, migranti e persone socialmente svantaggiate, all'interno del target group individuato. Il fine dei micro-progetti sarà quello di promuovere la partecipazione nello sport dei gruppi sociali svantaggiati individuati, nel tentativo di assottigliare le barriere sociali a cui sono soggetti.La issue del progetto è definita sul bisogno di formulare azioni di inclusione sociale in Europa su più livelli, con il fine di promuovere la coesione tra differenti gruppi sociali. Questa viene perseguita tramite il ruolo dello sport nella società, qui assunto come veicolo di integrazione, etica e salute. Infine, Il progetto verrà strutturato tramite un modello di implementazione sostenibile: i giovani, attivati direttamente come "Ambasciatori dello sviluppo dello sport giovanile" (YSDA), saranno formati grazie al network tra i diversi partners europei e avranno la responsabilità e la possibilità di sviluppare attività, volte a promuovere l'integrazione tramite lo sport, destinate a gruppi di loro pari.
