2 ★It all worked perfectly for two days. Excellent camera. It gave me peace ofmind when away from home however after the second day it now shows mesomeone else's house. I have reconfigured it numerous times I have enteredit manually and I have scanned the bar code. I've reset the camera twiceand even switched It off over night. However it is still picking up someoneelse's home - I am hoping it doesn't mean they can see in mine too!!! I'mnot sure now what to do other then take it back for a new one as it seemssomeone else has the exact same camera number as me!
2 ★The video quality is excellent. But... When I reopen the app it usually fails to connect to the camera. I have to turn the camera off and on again to reconnect. Also i have never managed to be connected when away from home. The event detection is good, but the camera timestamp is fixed at 8hrs ahead of GMT. It records in 5 minute bursts perfectly onto a micro SD card, but the app won't playback the recordings. The only way to see them is to take the card out if the camera and put it into the sd slot of my laptop. So in summary this camera works well but appears to be failed by its app. The leaflet said also there is an IOS app. I looked for it to see if it worked better than this Android one. There isn't an IOS one to be found. . There is only one for the manufacturers Sound bar. There is no contact info, so help seems unavailable.
1 ★The cameras are good but the app is awful. It often gives a 'video fail'message so you can't watch live or playback recordings. I have seen a viewthrough someone else's camera and yesterday I heard a man talking throughmy camera and moving it about!
