5 ★Thank you for this precious app. I feel so validated. It's much more amazing than a regular tracker app. I loved all the features, especially the self love journal. Sending lots of love and hugs to those who made this app and to all the PMDD warriors. ❤️
3 ★Like the app but it logged me out and it won't let me reset my password. My phone always auto saves my passwords and logins for everything, not this app. I went into my setting and it was listed under "never save for this app". I didn't set it to that, it must automatically set itself during setup?? The link it sends to reset password takes you to your profile but there is no way to reset the password from your profile either???
1 ★The app logged me out on 10/14/23 too, and will not allow me to log back in. It says my email is not registered, but it has been. It won't even allow me to continue as a guest. I know the app wasn't perfect, but it was truly helping me track my symptoms and patterns. I am extremely upset because I just lost months worth of data. There doesn't seem to be an update or anything. Does anyone have any insight into what happened?
2 ★The app works great when it works. I was logged out about a week ago, says it's unable to register my email address when I already had an account. I just had some breakthrough data this month and it's ALL lost. I messaged support a week ago and haven't heard back. It might be a dead app.
1 ★App has completely stopped working and won't let me log in or recognise my email
3 ★The app logged me out a few days ago and won't let me in and is saying my email address isn't registered to reset my password... Other than that, I did like using the app, but it has flaws. I couldn't see reports for more than 1 month at a time, which doesn't help me identify trends. Symptoms can only be measured on a scale of 1-10, I'd like (-10)-10 to show if something is less than usual. Inputs can only be saved at the bottom of the long list.
1 ★App isn't great but put up with it and tracked my data for nearly four months. App randomly signed me out and when I logged back in all of the data was gone. Have emailed support three times and no response. If you're tracking data to take to the doctor (as I was) avoid this app. So much time wasted and now have to start again.
3 ★The overview and tracking is excellent. Definitely comprehensive. It needs to allow you to edit a daddy once it's passed because sometimes I'm filling out in at the end of the day and if it's past midnight then I miss it and it skewes any data....which is a critical role of the app. It's also a bit clunky and needs to be clearer and more intuitive I find myself clicking around to see what things do.
2 ★I just find it difficult to navigate. I can't find a way to go back a day or 2 to put in things I might have forgotten to put in on the day they happened. That's a deal breaker for me. I couldn't even go in and put that I started my period yesterday instead of today. I'm so frustrated that I'm gonna delete this app. I have another one I use that I can do that in so I'm gonna just stick with it even though it doesn't have as much depth to it. Would use this one if I could go in any day and add.
2 ★Every time I try to start a new cycle it deletes all my previous tracked. Can you help me to sort this out?
