3 ★Just as I reviewed the app with "Always getting the vehicle quickly" I started getting matches with drivers who are 7-8 minutes away and driving in the opposite direction! "I'll just finish this customer and get back to you" is unacceptable. I end up waiting 15+ minutes just to get the car in front of me! I called the call center in the past to cancel my ride because you can't do that from the app. I then take the regular taxi. I'm not waiting 15+ mins for the convenience of automatic payments.

5 ★The app has improved a lot since i first started using it, well done for the developers works perfectly on android. Btw just a suggestion: when trying the option for pinpointing on the map, if you are in the building it automatically closes the main street, please give the possibility of choosing different streets when pinpointing.

3 ★Buggy registration procedure, user input check does not allow to register!

2 ★The fact it has not been updated for 18 months says enough. They do not give a %**%. Use online or call

5 ★They have 'nettaxi.lu' written on the cars, but I guess it's the same webtaxi.

1 ★Whoever designed this app never actually tested properly. The app insist on telling me that no drivers are available ***at the moment*** when I am trying to book a taxi in advance. The website - on the other hand - calls originating airport and destination airport "pick up point" and "Drop off point" as if a flight is a taxi ride.
