2 ★This was a great app until recently. Now too many ads! The weather used to be fast & easy to read, too, but now you have to have a magnifying glass to read the daily & 5 day forecast, or slog through the video (and it's ads). They should have left the app alone. No improvements here.
4 ★There are too many ad as breaking up the flow of your stories. Scrolling through them is just irritating. Still 4 out if 5. Thanks.
1 ★New app is too hard to navigate and format is confusing. Remember the old addage Keep It Simple? Your app is not simple. Kiro 7 app is nice and simple, its now my favorite app to use. From now on Ill look at your app last, if I have time. 10/26 App is still too confusing, time to uninstall app and get NBC off my phone.
1 ★I found some of the ads in this app to be pretty trashy, exploiting and promoting objectification of women in an era when we should be far more aware of how that mindset affects equality in our society, setting us up for sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace and in politics. Unless they get rid of this archaic habit of allowing objectifying ads, I'm using Kiro 7.
1 ★I ready liked the older version of this app but now it is too cluttered and hard to navigate. As I try to scroll down it is constantly moving back up, on it's own, as object finish to load. I have used it for years but am stopping and going to a different channels app that has a better design.
1 ★This update is worse than the last! It isn't user friendly at all and takes too long to get to all stories in a specific category. There are more ads which leads me to believe that Tegna/King 5 is more interested in making money than delivering current news on a respectable platform with a user friendly app. Horrible update!
1 ★I liked the old app better. I most used the weather and traffic links and those appear to be gone. When I tried the search engine nothing happened. Also, many notifications I click on seem to be dead ends, not taking me to the story. I'm seriously considering uninstalling
3 ★Loved the old King5 app, this new one of minimalistic interface is lacking and not user friendly as I work twice as hard to find stuff and find sections. I have found I use it less than I did the old mlm app. Wish designers would stop thinking that everyone wants a naked interface with just some dots or dashes that represent nothing in relation to today's world.
2 ★The app besides being unstable and broken links at times was great for keeping me up to date on news back home. This latest update is horrible with the number of ads now littering it. I understand the need for ads to help pay for the service but having ads mixed into the news feed and being an ad every 2-3 stories is ridiculous
1 ★Links in drop down don't always work. Videos for articles don't always match and the information in them versus the typed content is always different. Due to info being different you can't play video and read at the same time it will stop and if you scroll up to continue it will play another ad again. Splash page structure is confusing and doesn't flow like others.
1 ★dont like the new app at all... traffic is harder to find, traffic map is small with icons that are in the way and dont even know what it means. comute times are no longer there. only thing i used the app for was traffic. now theres no point as the info is not there.. finding a new app... this sucks
1 ★Bring back the old app. New one is covered in ads; it even inserts them as you're scrolling through the feed. Interface is just busy, the weather report is just an image of a Twitter post - might as well just use my favorite Twitter client to read the King 5 tweets. Uninstalled.
