1 ★Whenever not using for a while, it take ages to show up again the configured ACs. Instead, it shows a default virtual AC. And it is really unclear how to get back the configuration defined earlier. It is easier to use the remote

1 ★Doesn't work always but worse thing are the ridiculous permissions it asks for. Why does a smart device app need aceess to photos and also to make phone calls at anytime?

1 ★Network connection timeout. It used have that errot only from 4G but lately does the same from wifi. I am in the same network with the device what else you need to work? Please do not brand your devices that contain wifi connection if the app is unusable. Terrible experience.

3 ★It was ok, but after last update I cannot connect to AC devices when I am not in same WiFi network, and it was main reason I bought network controlled ACs. Please fix this ASAP! Edit: after update it works as usual.

1 ★This app used to work well. Now I'm constantly unable to use the app due to 'network errors' so I'm having to use the AC controllers in individual rooms once again. This issue needs to be fixed

1 ★The app keeps saying "network requests timeout" when I go to change temperature etc. The unit also goes back to Fahrenheit on it's own from Celsius and it annoys me. Not very impressed with it.

1 ★Very poor app. Not reliable. App "forgets" a/c's after a few days and then they must be reconnected. When trying to connect an a/c, it takes several attempts until the app recognizes it. Furthermore, the app gets completely confused if you connect more than one a/c to it. Stay away from this app if you can until they get the bugs out. One more serious issue - no Google Home integration, which makes it a stupid app instead of a smart one

1 ★Really hard to set up and I can only set up turn off and on function. If you want to heat for 2 hours, then dehumidify for 2 and heat again it is not possible.

1 ★Not reliable. Could not control my two air-conditioners remotely, even app shows they are off, but in reality they were on for more than a month.
