2 ★I find it unnecessary to not let you buy a new ticket 3 minutes before the precious ticket ends. You Parksheriffs controllers are always waiting to give a fine. Because they know exactly that you have to wait for more than two minutes before you can extend the ticket. For instance, I had to do eye test two minutes before my ticket ends and it take at least twenty minutes to complete the test on a machine. Before I could conclude my eye test and prolonged the ticket your Sheriff fined me.
1 ★These App does not work with foreign tel Nr. So stay away and don't open an account or pay some money into the account. You will have to fight to get it back and you anyway won't be able to make any parking ticket purchases since you won't be able to activate your account through this app. Simply rubbish sorry.
1 ★If this wasn't a legit agency, I'd be inclined to call it a scam. I booked a ticket for 10:15, but received a ticket for 11:15 (I have screenshots of this). It's not possible to cancel or even make a second booking. I called their paid(!) support hotline, expecting a solution or at least compensation, but was rudely told there was nothing they could do and I had no other choice but to risk a ticket, which would then be a matter for the police and not their business anymore. Use at your own risk.
3 ★There should be an option to buy one more while old one hasn't expired, also to have option to see till which time you are buy the parking, and to buy in minutes, not just 1/4, 1/5 and 1 hour.. Sometimes I need only 35/40 minutes but I have to buy the whole hour
1 ★New update, I had some cash, now not anymore. Most disturbing it s that when u need the app, it fails you, like I needed it now, tryed to register with my pone number like always, he gived me the tan code, but not working. After I finally register with my email and phone number, I find out that my cash it s gone.
1 ★The app was recently updated and asked me to add my email address as new login system. I followed all the steps, confirmed my email address and logged in with the Internet browser. However now I cannot login anymore with my phone number nor my email address via the App. The app is dead.
2 ★Unfortunately the app crashes on me each time I try to start it indicating that there was an error during logging and that the internet connection should be verified she. In fact the internet connection was working. This app used to work very well but not on my new device.
1 ★Worst experience ever!!! This App hangs often and the only way you can reset it, is by restarting your phone. What a joke. Counterintuitive and poorly implemented user interface, apparently designed by imbeciles. Sad to say this but this true.

If I'm travelling through Vienna for a few days and need to park a few hours here and there, why am I obliged to load an account with a minimum of 10h parking and cannot instead pay directly what I use through the credit card/PayPal/etc. Go to Munich and learn from there Handyparken App
1 ★would be great if only it was great... any app where i still need the homepage to manage something is for nothing... notification is not working as it should, 36 euros worth a realization... language and region must be german and austria at install and first login or the app will not work at all.
4 ★Except for the inability to book a free and a payed ticket in a row, I like the app and its design. Everything is clearly structured and the tickets are easily accessible.
2 ★Lot of faults, slow app, money transfer is limited with special bankcards, it doesn't show that the transfer was successful or not, I did it again now it deducted twice! 😠🤬
