1 ★When trying to ordering through the app If it even works, I'll get to the checkout and it'll say internal system error has occurred. Most of the time it glitches out and I can't even place my order at all. The last time I was halfway successful making an order it canceled out half my order and I had to call the store to add it on.

1 ★Update Jan 2025 - still does not work. Force closes. The app is unusable. It launches and freezes, never go be useful again. Can't click on any on screen option. Can't login, can see anything, will not crash out. I have to swipe it away. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times over multiple months hoping for a fix. Useless.

1 ★Foods great, app doesn't work. Every time I try to log in, it force closes. Can't check the menu. Can't really do anything on it.

2 ★Can't login. The screen flashes so fast. I have updated the most recent version of the app. No matter what screen I try, I can't get logged in.

1 ★App used to work just fine. Now, everytime I try to order I get errors. It used to be an "error NaN" or something when trying to add a pizza. Now, when I use the app, I can't even get to trying to order food, instead I get some "error null" when trying to pick my address for delivery. Haven't had Donatos in a long time as I literally haven't been able to use this app for months. It's a real shame you guys can't fix your app.
