3 ★i have a friend who lives in Boston where they have these stores. they don't where i live . I installed the app so i could buy an E gift card which i could email to her from inside the app. it seems to have worked fine. I'll know more tomorrow on her birthday.

1 ★Designed for USA, yet pushing it to UK customers. Can't add a card ifyou're accepting USA zip codes only, not UK post codes. Nearest Nero to meis in Massachusetts, USA. T&Cs for free coffee states it's valid for all UKand ROI Caffe Nero stores. That's a bunch of rubbish. I contacted customerservice and someone in the states said the app isn't for the UK.

1 ★Rubbish, doesn't work. They promise you a free coffee, but the app never works, not even the first time. Do not install. Rubbish app, waste of time

2 ★This app uses LevelUp as it's payment processor. Depending on your bank or credit card, you can get charged a foreign transaction fee and extra/immediate interest on top of your purchase or it will treated as a cash advance, which is basically a loan off your card with fees and interest. Check your statements or online banking to make sure your don't get extra fees.

1 ★Does not work in the UK where there are primarily located. DO NOT USE. Only usable in USA in a few locations. Don't bother.

5 ★I go here all the time and now I get free drinks so why not use it? I'm glad they finally made an app so I don't need to use those annoying cards anymore.
