2 ★Lots of glitches. Tried to order several times and order won't go through. I had to order at the store. Also, they don't give food options on the App. That really sucks! Let's see if it pays off for the rewards.

1 ★This app isn't very distinct. It doesn't provide any instructions on how to redeem the rewards for in-store purchases.

1 ★I was charged some preload $ right before COVID hit, and my local store closed since. The app doesn't tell me how much I have in the account, I just want to redeem my preloaded dollar and be done with it (without another preload to put my money where I can't spend).

5 ★No problems..just be careful when u order cause u might end up ordering 2× on accident thinking it didn't go thru.

5 ★Worked perfectly fine. Charged my credit card and I got a drink. There is an option to automatically add funds to your account or pay directly from a card.

2 ★The Order Ahead function is frustrating. It worked the first time, but now it won't let me choose a different order for that location. I don't want the same drink every time (especially since I only ordered that drink to soothe a sore throat when sick), and would prefer to order ahead so that I can pop out of work quickly and pick it up in 3min without a long wait time.

1 ★The amount of push notifications and emails after sign up is nearing harassment. I downloaded the app because it's the only way to order ahead for pickup, during the time of COVID.

2 ★Only used once but I found it difficult to use "order ahead". I ordered, then it had an error which asked me to try again later. After a few minutes of waiting, I looked back at my phone and the order went through. When I got there, there was duplicate order under my name and no one at king Fu tea thought to contact me to ask if it was a mistake. Overall, this app that looks like it should work as good as the other food apps (ie Starbucks, Panera) but doesn't.
