This app is a very minimalistic, lightweight to-do list, designed to take up a negligible amount of data on your phone. Furthermore, it won't drain your battery trying to connect to the internet. Overall, it's pretty simple.
Mark things off as done when you accomplish them! How neat is that! Wow!

How to install Note Central APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Note Central APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
