1 ★Just bought the G5 and it won't work on my phone, the app should be tested on all devices, it's basic technology in this day and age for any company not offering a wide application base clearly has no interest in reaching to the thousands who would want the product. A failed business model for sure, a great product that's being let down by shoddy technical work

I hope the development team cansee the bad reviews regarding the lack of compatible new android devices.We don't all use old phones some of us buy new ones and you should keep up.I'm using a Huawei P20 Pro that I'm having to send back cause of yourannoying blocking list. I don't mind trying a test APK app.

1 ★It is a complete joke to have an app like this and support only minimalamount of mainly Samsung devices. You are providing high quality sensorhardware which is a best in class device, surely required a lot of moneyand effort in development and yet you are OK with ruining all this effortby launching a crappy app supported on about 10% of android devices in use.Just give it up and release only iOS version and clearly state that you dohave iOS only support. At least it would be an honest approach. Or, may be,you should better hire those two guys behind nightscout and xDrip+ apps.They know how to do it, they did it already and they did it very, verywell. It is kind of shame that an angry dad of a diabetic kid, unsatisfiedwith your product can, in his spare time, for free, do way better job thanyour team of paid developers.

3 ★Digits on android wear need to be more central on watch screen. In Large font 12mmol. Shows as 2mmol not good!!
4 ★The app works pretty well. Had no problems with initial use on the Samsung galaxy S8. Alerts work pretty well, telling me if I'm rising or falling quick or if they get too high or low. Was sitting waiting for a takeaway with my bloods going low. My phone went off and my partner using the follow app also had her phone go off at the same time. I like you you can view previous readings in landscape but why not in portrait too. Also I completely do not understand why I'm not allowed to screenshot my blood sugars to send or share with people who don't want to or cannot install an app. Or even just to show other diabetics what the app if like if they think of getting it. Also needs to have a feature whereby you can edit the amount of cars or insulin you've logged incase you made a mistake which sometimes I do. Bit lags to go to diasend and still have yet to see anything work with s health not sure if that's a dexcom issue or not so not gonna penalise developers for it. Other than that the apps pretty good never had a problem so far. Accuracy can be a little off at times but I think the longer you wear the sensor the better the accuracy gets. At least until you have to change sensor so we'll see what happens when that time comes. OK just updating this as I was using alerts for a while but turned them off and forget to turn them back on due to how obnoxiously loud they are without the ability to adjust their volume.

1 ★Disappointed with phone compatibility, this would have been a game changer for me in helping me control my type 1. I have a oneplus 5, which is almost raw android 8, but the app only works with certain phones, that is a poor way to develop your app. Develop for android not the phone model, use Google's SDK and API, you are limiting yourself to a very small market of handsets. Good device, rubbish application avoid at all costs.
