1 ★Makes it impossible to cancel free trial or reach customer service. I tried multiple times through the app to cancel, but the feature was broken. It didn't show up on Google play subscriptions to cancel there. I emailed them, because that's the only contact form provided, and got no response. All of this days before the trial expired. They charged me anyway. I'm peeeeved.
2 ★One reason I've paid for this app is that it had all the features i needed in one- especially a feature where I could put my voice over a video. I make tutorials, so it was perfect to narrate instructions over the video. Now, for some reason, that feature is no longer available. The icon should be next to the music + sound effects under the audio option. Also, every time I open up the app now, I'm bombarded with a very loud reel that looks more like tiktok and less like a video editing app.
1 ★I got this app to be able to layer music over videos. I need to be able to align the music start to the exact right moment in the video, so the music matches up with the movement. It overall worked for that function pretty well, however, every time I try to export the video, the music doesn't stay aligned (it seems like the audio track shifts forward to start at the beginning of the video?). It's very frustrating, as it makes the app useless for me.
2 ★This app was great until I tried to take two different video clips and tried to play them into one (same part of the concert, just from different POVs) Once I went to start editing them to where they match, the audio gets kicked off to where nomatter what you do, you can't get the video and audio from one of the clips to match what you're seeing. Didn't matter what audio was being used. So I started over and imported one video clip and just played that. Nope, same thing. Big letdown
3 ★This is my favorite mobile video editing app. I enjoy the iOS version but for android, I'm having trouble with importing video into the timeline. They import and go to the beginning of my project then I have to drag every video to the end so that they play in order. I'm not sure why it does that as I never had the problem on my iphone. Great app with so many amazing features! Thank you.
4 ★It's great but not completely great. I updated it just now but there are two features that are important and it's taking me too long to finish my video just because the two very simple features crash all the time. 1. TEXT feature. It says to double click to edit. I click twice, I click once, I double click again. I mean, so simple to do but it's frozen. I have to close and open the app many times, and it doesn't solve it. 2. The music doesn't stop at times when editing. Very frustrating.
1 ★Don't get this app. Total garbage. When it was just a video editing app it worked great but now they are trying to make it a social media app and the whole thing fell apart. You can't export your videos most of the time. When you try and export your video it just says "something went wrong". I have had multiple videos that I put a lot of work in to editing that are now just sitting in the app and I can't export them. Customer service is useless. Plenty of better options out there. Skip this one
2 ★Please have the "snapping into place" feature that iOS has, what I mean by this is when I'm rotating the picture or video it should snap at a 90 degree angle so it's perfect and not tilted, this also applies to adding music or sfx, moving the slider to the end of a scene or gap between videos should snap it to that end so the audio and video both end at the exact same time. Thank you! Also the importing audio function is so broken! Its either awfully late or doesn't even output audio at all.
2 ★The editing in the app is great, but the rendering is super finicky. Sometimes it will have audio, sometimes it won't. Sometimes the effects (such as pixelation) are drastically different than the way it is previewed in the app. Also a bit annoying that it seems the app needs to be in the forefront of all other apps while rendering.
2 ★Yeah.. I had high hopes for this one. But there's barely anything you can do. Even transitions are useless if you use filters on the next clip because the filter will be off during the transition, ruining the effect. If you're making a simple slideshow, this'll do I suppose. But to make a nice or cool edit, this is a waste of time.
1 ★Spent hours on a video, should've recognized the red flags (glitches, slow starts, skipping frames), but as soon as I tried to export, the app crashed before 2%. I did some research only to find out people have been having this issue for years so apparently nothing has been done about it. Don't waste your time. Shame because this app has real potential 😕
3 ★Great for video trimming and light editing. But as with every app, greed ruins it. Charging waaayyy too much for features you can easily find online with a computer for free. Unlike other apps which use ads to pay for the 1 to few time uses people actually need an app like this for. Great for what it is, but not worth $... even though I'm sure "they feel it's worth the price"... trying to force buying it rather than allow for ads and one time uses. Lol
