Fundația Județeană pentru Tineret Timiș (FITT) este organizația umbrelă ce reunește toate ONG-urile de tineret din regiune. După anul de Capitala Tineretului din România, a adus tinerilor din Timișoara vestea că orașul nostru este singurul din România în etapa finală a cursei pentru obținerea titlului de Capitală Europeană a Tineretului pentru anul 2020. FITT Timișoara organizează acțiuni și activități variate precum: cursuri, seminarii, ateliere de lucru, mese rotunde, spectacole, manifestări cultural artistice și evenimente organizate de tineri sau pentru tineri.Pentru a promova aceste activități și evenimente în rândul tinerilor, în cadrul Mobile Summer 4.0 a fost dezvoltată aplicația care conține toate evenimentele destinate tinerilor din județul Timiș. Mobile Summer este un workshop gratuit de dezvoltare aplicații mobile pentru elevi și studenți din Timișoara, organizat în fiecare an de Cobalt Sign.
Aplicația TIMEvents 2020 va deveni aplicația oficială a programului Timișoara Capitală Europeană a Tineretului 2020.
