How to install Blipfoto APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Blipfoto APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.blipfoto-v4.1-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

3 ★I love this app. I use this on my iOS device and it's work very very well. But not on my nexus 4 using kitkat. Please fix it.

2 ★The app needs a lot of improvements in navigation; there appears to be no means to access a main menu or front page instead I get stuck in a loop from my recent comments or the last page I visited. No notifications coming through (blipdays etc) . Disappointing when Androblip has been such a great app. .

4 ★Please add in an option to amend the photo date. It uploaded yesterday's shot with today's date; it was taken at lunchtime yesterday but I must have edited it after midnight I guess. There's no option to change the date online unless you upload a new shot. So I had to reinstall Androblip to upload it to the correct date and have lost all of my comments etc.

4 ★Very good app on my galaxy s2, but has major rotation problems on my galaxy 3 tab 10.1. It is always 90° out from the angle I want to look at.

2 ★Very slow running. Notifications seem to lag several hours behind email notifications for same information. Often receive multiple notifications for the same information.

5 ★Thanks Blip Boffins! I've been waiting eagerly since you originally came out with the iOS app for you to give us an Android app too, and while this is a bit later than I would have hoped, it's perfect in every way.

5 ★Installed on my Galaxy Note 10.1 and find this app far superior to Androblip. One little nag though, and that is being unable to access the edit/favourite etc features that reside under the 3 dots button, but one can't expect perfection immediately, bugs will always be with us and need squashing.

2 ★I hoped this would be as good as the ios version but it isn't. Main irritations are that it always defaults to the everything screen, it's not possible to see how many stars are awarded to a picture and the EXIF data can't be seen. It isn't anywhere near as good as androblip and that is far from perfect.

5 ★This official Blipfoto app at last gives the mobile blipper a full user experience. While Androblip did a fine job, this is the real deal. Looks and works perfectly on both my Nexus 7 and Sony Xperia.
