2. Untuk Syarikat Berhad, Sendirian Berhad, Koperasi dan seumpamanya, sila muat naik Balance Sheet dan Income Statement dalam tempoh 3 tahun terkini.
3. Untuk Syarikat Pemilikan Tunggal atau Perkongsian, sila muat naik dokumen Penyata Simpan Kira-kira atau Kunci Kira-kira terkini.
4. Kegagalan pihak Tuan menyediakan dokumen dalam format PDF semasa proses memuatnaik menyebabkan permohonan pihak tuan tidak dapat diteruskan.
