5 ★This app is awesome. The free trial is great and you can document up to 100 games, anything more and you will have to pay. I ended up filling the first 100 spots quickly so i ended up buying the full version. I haven't seen anything different except that you have unlimited saves. This app definitely helps me keep track on what i have and still need. it's very customizable with different options.
1 ★Not sure when this went to subscription based, but you lost me now. I paid for full versions of the music and movies software years ago, which is the only thing saving me on those. I enjoyed using the games app to track the few games I had and I figured if I went over 100, I'd pay then. I don't care about the bells and whistles I just need something that tells me what I have already. Update: I've used this app well before October 2019, when it was free up to 100 items. New way lost me now.
5 ★Works well, links in very well with the desktop version, both when exporting or importing game titles. This mobile version is simply handy to have as you then have a list of all the games and hardware you own to aid you with your future purchases, and of course as an immediately available list of what you own. I'd say to get the full utility of this software, you should buy the desktop version and the mobile phone version. Both are quite expensive, but are only one off purchases. Dec 29 2018
4 ★I really likev this app and have the movie one as well. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the fact that consoles can't be found and when you adjust the price per price chart once you manually enter them it doesn't increase your overall value to your collection. Other than that, this a great tool to not only keep track of your games easily, know the current worth of them and you can learn a lot about them without searching through multiple different sites to do so. 5 ★I've been using the desktop Collectorz programs for years and they are the perfect media organization tools. I just recently DLed the app versions and they have seriously blown my mind! The UPC scan tool is super easy to use and when I'm out and about I can quickly check my library and ensure I don't buy duplicates. If you're a collector and aren't using the Collectorz app well then, God Speed on your life filled with constant headaches and duplicate purchases!
2 ★I used to enjoy this app and never had a problem with it. But, the more they update, the more things get removed. Before I could set a game purchase price to 0.00, since I got it for free. Now it has to have a value. When you search for a game and cant find it, you could add it manually and the name would automatically be put in title, not anymore. This used to be a one time purchase, now its subscription. It's not worth it, especially with them removing some quick shortcuts that used to be.
4 ★I use CLZ for everything. I like this branch of the whole, as it's easy to navigate like the others, and definitely has time well spent on it. My only problem is that this app specifically doesnt account for board games as a form of game. If board games and the like were added, it would be perfect.
4 ★Overall the app is excellent for cataloging and actively tracking your collection. I do just wish there were a better bulk workflow for initially getting started. Auto scanning labels in addition to barcodes, the option to immediately edit apon entry, and bulk entry by search in addition to scanning would make life a little easier when you're initially entering your hundreds or thousands of games.
5 ★This app is exactly what anyone wanting to keep track of their ever growing game collection, keep things clean and organized, this app is perfect. Yes to get all the features, it does come with a $15 price tag but trust me when I say it's well worth it if your serious about your collecting. I see most people complaining about having to pay $15 but apps like these aren't easy to make and keep up with and they are releasing updates regularly, AND be happy you get to try before you buy.
4 ★its a great app to sync your collection. would be better to set some defaults like eu region as the default region of games, or loose carts for nes instead of auto switching to cib which i dont have a lot of. would make it a lot easier to maintain. i now rarely bother because its just too much work to put that all in. scanning barcodes is the best feature by far.
3 ★Looks like a good app if you are in the US and collect US versions of the games. Not the best for Europeans as for instance Mega CD is listed as Sega CD and cover\prices are based on US database. Out of 3 games scanned for testing, 1 for Neo Geo AES was shown as a different game (Blazing Star was recognized as Metal Slug 2. Metal Slug 2 was recognized as Metal Slug 2. Games have different barcodes). Will probably check the app again in some months hoping to find some improvements.
5 ★I've been using CLZ games for years and years, the app is fantastic, fast and flexible. I love being able to add games and change cover art muself, as well as have a neat layout and dark theme. I did run into some app breaking issues recently but the support team were amazing and replied in a timely manner to help me every step of the way. I hope to keep using CLZ for years to come.
