The Uploader for Garmin can read data from your Garmin Forerunner, Edge, eTrex, Oregon, etc, store data in your phone, save the TCX or FIT file to SD card, send activity via email, and upload to:
- Garmin Connect
- Training Peaks
- Endomondo
- RunningAHEAD
- Strava
- Runtastic (see here for limitations: http://www.sportablet.com/1/post/2013/09/sharing-on-runtastic.html).
The app can also export to GPX or save the native FIT/TCX file.
Other than reading from your Garmin, the app can also import FIT and TCX files from sdcard, flash drives, etc.
For some Garmin models, the app can also send tracks / courses to the device (see here: http://www.sportablet.com/send). This feature will be gradually implemented for every device.
These devices are supported *with the right settings and usb-friendly phones / tablets*
Serial Forerunner models (201, 301, 205, 305).
File-based Forerunner models (10, 15, 110, 210, 220, 610, 620).
ANT+ Forerunner models: 405, 405CX, 410.

Some Samsung and Sony phones / tablets have a built-in ANT+ chip, if you have one you don't need the Garmin ANT+ dongle *when connecting an ANT+ Forerunner*.
The Uploader is free to try: you can read all activities, but explore only one (from your first upload session). That way, you can test communication with the Garmin and publishing to all the supported websites.
Once you know that it works fine with your Garmin device and Android phone/tablet, if you like what you see, you can activate it with an in-app purchase on Google Play (price is about 5 euros / 6.6 $).
Note: in-app purchases are slow, and may take a couple of minutes to be confirmed. Don't panic :-).

5 ★Very pleased. Does what garmin connect should. Easy to use. I particularly note that despite limited profitability as more and more devices have bluetooth the developer contines to provide basic support. The app has allowed very simple syncing of my older Garmin decice for around 4 years now.
3 ★An improvement would be: export/delete multiple files in one go. Another would be to re-transfer previously saved files (menu option does not work - I had to un/re-install to do it) It connects most days to my Garmin Forerunner 610, but usually only on the third attempt (after it has tried freq. 3)
5 ★Подключаюсь к 910xt с помощью xiaomi redmi note 3, обязательно нужно почитать страницу с описанием, почемуто в хроме не открвается зато открывается в Tor браузере, через приложение Ant Tester установил Ant сервисы и обязательно нужно включить разрешение сервису на телефоне тогда все отобразится зеленым в AntTester'e и заработает в этом приложении. В options выставил только "force ant+ scan" и "File transfer chunk" default.

1 ★I could not get this app to read .fit files from the SD card on my Garmin Edge Touring. It would only read files from the internal storage. I tried various suggestions from the web site but nothing worked. I will just have to go back to copying the files using File Explorer to my internal storage, and then uploading to a web site to convert from .fit to .gpx, which is all I hoped/expected this app to do. Thanks at least for having a trial version to test out! It does work fine for .fit files on the internal drive of the Garmin unit, just not for the ones on the SD card.
5 ★Works well for me. I got it to use with my old Garmin 310XT which no longer likes syncing using the Garmin Ant dongle. Using this app and the built in Ant on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) it was very easy to upload the data from my GPS. You do need to follow the instructions for your specific device. For my device, instructions were to turn off wifi on phone and enable searching for device. I also find if I manually delete the events off of my GPS that I don't want to upload, it increases the chance of success. Love the upload to Strava functionality.
