2 ★Inbox defaults to oldest, must refresh multiple times to see newest emails. Same when viewing a specific thread, need to back out and reload. Discarding a draft doesn't work at all, must go in to gmail to discard. App triggers view notifications, you'd think that could be avoided from within the app. Turning off notifications just doesn't work at all. Clicking on a specific view notification takes me to a giant list where I can't locate the thread about which I just received said notification. Etc....
5 ★There were several issues in my previous review. I ended up contacting support and the issues were resolved quickly. They also replied to all my emails promptly. I enjoy using this and am looking to roll this out to my entire organization.
2 ★Utility on mobile is tracking opens/clicks. When alerts come, touch alert, doesn't go to alert/specific email -- broken, just opens list of seemingly random mail. How does one choose Gmail API over IMAP? Reply here appreciated.
2 ★I get notifications when emails are opened but when clicking on it I get a blank screen. I tried customer service for over a month but problem escalated beyond the knowledge of the team and I was forgotten eventually. The VP of customer service called me to promise a follow up...the last I heard of them. I still love other parts of cirrus insight but the email tracking is too broken for proper use.

1 ★Round 2 Installation: I don't understand this! Why can't I reply to emails after opening them? I'm seeing tracking information from people I didn't send an email to. Uninstalling again. Round 1 Installation: I'm an avid Cirrus for Chrome user, and expected something similar, but not even close. Definitely don't like leaving Gmail mobile to use Cirrus' inbox... why couldn't you have just added features onto mobile Gmail? Why did you guys release this anemic version? Didn't expect this from Cirrus at all.

1 ★I downloaded and set it all up and it says I have no emails. Tested and had someone send me an email. Still doesn't pick it up. Deleted despite getting invite to check out the latest version. Very disappointing.
5 ★Used to dread sending a reply from mobile, knowing I'd screw up my tracking data. Super stoked to have the power of CI in my pocket 24/7!
3 ★While Cirrus Insights for gmail is the bomb, I don't find the Android app very helpful. You cannot choose (or I can't figure out how) to associate emails with sfdc opportunities, only contacts & accounts. Additionally, I would like to control my notification settings. For instance, I don't want cirrus to notify me when every single email arrives; I woild like to have the option to choose to have cirrus notify me when "important" email arrives or when an email I sent has been opened.
5 ★This is much intuitive and seemless experience. Things are much more easier. Time effective. Now I love my job more since things gets done with quick clicks... Travelling and working now became fun. Loved this app.
3 ★The app needs some simple upgrades that would bring the product along. In 2016 you must be able to include a signature that includes graphics and logos. The mobile app also needs to have similar functionality of being able to schedule a meeting. A nice feature would also be to log the same message to multiple contacts included in one message.
