Each time I unplugged and addedapp from scratch just to have it repeat. Tried bulb in different lamp baseand checked other smart bulbs before lowering review.

4 ★Its good, but no idea how to set a scene, and to get it to go bright white with alexa is a mystery. Better instructions would of been better. Its also not the brightest compared to normal light bulbs. Does what i needed it to do. Turn on and off with alexa and change colours.
4 ★I have 6 plugs and 4 bulbs all working as required both on the app and on Alexa. Does what it needs to without being over complicated. Initially struggled to connect to Alexa but that was a user error - I didn't know you had to add it to Alex's smart home skills.

Also when setting a timer, I want to be able to choose what colour and brightness the lightbulb turns on. In the morning I want a bright light and colour. But at night I want it to turn on at a lower brightness in red
3 ★I've had my lights about six months they're fantastic, good colour, half the price of their competitors. The only downside is wasting two hours because of poorly made instructions. To add the lights to use with Google Voice you needed to add it to Google Assistant settings not Google Home app settings.

1 ★Have three of these bulbs and all have failed with the same problems.Lombex really difficult to deal with. Want me to send them a video of theproblem. They give you a whatscrap address (never used it) to send thevideo. Got mine from Amazon so I'll get a refund. The app is limited andhas poor instructions. Won't use this company's bulbs again. Also app losesWiFi connection a lot. Timers I set stopped working. Faulty bulbs flash onand off. Don't know if it's the bulb or the app.
1 ★Could NOT connect this bulb through this app. Alexa just wouldn't recognise it.... I fixed the problem by ditching this app, and using the tuya smart app, this app found the bulb and let me link it to the skill in alexa, now working fine. But was way to much of a headache to sort. Following the instructions provided would have never got me anywhere !!! Sort it out guys, very poor.
