חדרים הינו פלטפורמה אינטרנטית המאפשרת הכרות אישית בין אזרחים המגיעים מרקעים שונים החיים במדינת ישראל: חילונים,דתיים, ערבים, יהודים, פריפריה, מרכז, קיבוצים וערים.
החזון שלנו:
לשנות את השיח בין האזרחים במדינת ישראל, להוריד את מפלס הפחד והחשדנות, וליצור הכרות אמיתית שבנויה על אמון וכבוד הדדיבין אזרחים שונים החיים במדינת ישראל.
איך זה עובד?
אנחנו מפעילים סדנאות קבוצתיות במרחב הדיגיטלי לקבוצות של 6 משתתפים המגיעים מקהילות שונות בחברה הישראלית, 2 מכל בית ספר, בהדרכת מנחה בנושאים מגוונים: מנהיגות, פיתוח עצמי, אקטיביזם חברתי, הכוח שבי ועוד.
החדר מובל ע"י מנחה המלווה את בני הנוער במהלך 4 מפגשים שבועיים בני שעה, כאשר המפגשים הינם מקוונים ומאפשרים חיבור מכל מקום דרך הנייד או המחשב. המנחים הינם בוגרים במהלך שנת שרות ולימודי מכינה שעברו הכשרה מקצועית.
אנחנו פותחים חדרים וירטואליים לשיח אותנטי, המביא לידי ביטוי את מגוון הקולות בחברה במטרה לקדם הבנה וסובלנות.
