1 ★Vær oppmerksom på at du ikke kan avbryte prøvemedlemskapet ditt eller medlemskapet ditt innen 14 dager hvis du har hatt et "no show". Det er rett og slett ikke riktig. Folk kan ha "no shows" av ulike grunner, men å straffe dem ved å tvinge dem til å betale for en hel måned fordi de ikke kan kansellere, er useriøst. Vær også oppmerksom på at de har 1 måneds oppsigelsestid. Hele opplevelsen med Bruce har så langt vært en konstant kilde til frustrasjon.

1 ★Good concept. But they keep changing the terms for booking classes and terms of memberships and discounts etc continuously without any communication. I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash.

3 ★The idea is great the app is rubbish. Maybe one in 3 check ins is successful, otherwise have to re-try. The basic membership isn't enough to do much, the jump to black in price is too high

5 ★It works very well, it has good functionalities, it has many activities to do and if you have any problems they respond very quickly. Bruce has become my new Instagram hahaha, it's addictive.
