USER FEEDBACK
* "The best breathing app out there (I've tried 12 apps, this is the only one that works for me). I have recommended it to over 100 people over the 7 years I've been using it. I use it at least 5 x a week. Gives me instant calm" — from R. Hall

* "LOVE this app. Very simple and easy to use. You can set time for inhale, exhale, and pause after each if you wish. You can watch it or listen…Thank you! Ads Not intrusive. Ads turn off when the app is active” — from Denise

* "This is a wonderfully simple app. The default sound tone is just right for me and I like that I get to set the volume and it stays there whether or not the volume of the phone ring or other apps are different" — from Eleanor

* "I've never written something like this in a review but... I love whoever wrote this app :-) Gets to the point in 0.2 s. No long annoying splash screens. No attempts to extort money... Super reliable, simple and 100% effective. I was looking for something that would let me take some breaks during normal meditation to do some controlled breathing, for example our most natural pattern - continuous 5.5 s inhale, 5.5 exhale. This app lets me remain in silence, fixing my rhythm by vibrations, and just... works perfect! BRAVO. A lesson to all developers how to make useful apps!" — Adam

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

5 ★Calms me out of my panic from not being able to breathe! Helps tremendously!!!
3 ★Works as described but takes 17 seconds to launch and crashes if you ever try to play it in the background
3 ★Extremely erratic to start up (sometimes loads up quick, otherwise not at all), and for those who don't like ads - having no option to buy outright for something so simple and likely never going to be updated in any meaningful way is kinda greedy, not everything in life needs to be subscription-based.
5 ★Best app out there. Straight to the real method: breathing
5 ★Excellent. Simple user interface, yet giving a lot of control over the breathing pattern.
1 ★The app used to be one off purchase now it is a monthly service. I started using a free alternative.
5 ★Great customizable paced breathing meditation app! All functionality you need is in the free version, the paid version lets you save multiple breath patterns, and more options for the cue sounds.
5 ★PLEASE add more breath sounds for example actual inhale exhale sounds ( of air going through nose) or option to import inhale/exhale sounds.. thank you
4 ★Great app
5 ★Amazing. I cannot recommend this app enough. It's a fantastic tool that allows you to control the timing down to the millisecond of inhale, exhale, and any pauses you want in between. The sound is great at guiding you through the breath. It also can run in the back ground, which I do when using a different app to measure HRV. With the help of this app my HRV average has raised 30 points over the past 6 months.
