Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool which provides detailed information on the effects of stress on the body and instructions and practice exercises to help users learn the stress management skill called diaphragmatic breathing.Breathing exercises have been documented to decrease the body’s ‘fight-or-flight’ (stress) response, and help with mood stabilization, anger control, and anxiety management. Breathe2Relax can be used as a stand-alone stress reduction tool, or can be used in tandem with clinical care directed by a healthcare worker.

2 ★Used to be useful but agreed with others, now with added security it won't even let me input a password.

1 ★What's with the signing in and passwords? I have this app on my old phone and it's a very good breathing app, but that's all it is. No passwords needed. Now I've got a new phone and I downloaded it and right away I've got to have a password to log in, what's with that? I deleted it.

1 ★I have to set up a four-part set of security passcodes even to see the first screen and try it out? I have to set up passcodes in order to relax? No thanks. Deleted

1 ★After downloading, it won't let me submit my password and security questions. Needs the kinks worked out.

1 ★I second other reviewers' frustrated comments - there's no justification for the requirement to set up a password and a ton of permissions just for some breathing exercises! Uninstalled.

1 ★it won't let me save my account information, so I can't continue and actually USE the app, it's off-putting that it asks to access your phone's photos and stuff.

3 ★Decent for what it is but nothing extra. Why it requires a passcode is beyond me.

4 ★I wish this app was compatible with the Fitbit Charge 3. I would use thus app a lot more if I could see it on my Fitbit.

1 ★So not impressed!!!! Firstly it says my password is wrong so I go to 'forgot password' then it says my recovery question was answered wrong. I've just set this up so I do know what my password is and the recovery question.

1 ★Trash. Bug won't even let me get past creating security questions to log in.
