Bendigo Tramways' Vintage Talking Tram Tour provides the opportunity to learn more about Bendigo's gold rush past, while taking in the wild streetscapes and grand architecture on a beautifully refurbished heritage tram. This app provides access to multiple commentaries, different language options and extra visitor information for each tram stop.The Talking Tram App makes use of Beacon technology to deliver an audio tour while on the tram, but also includes historic imagery making it possible to compare how the city looks today to how it looked in the early years.
There are four language options: English, French, German and Mandarin.
Each stop along the route offers different experiences to enjoy. The Talking Tram App lists all these experiences, including a map to help you find them and tram timetables so that you can plan your day.
