1 ★Whilst I can't call this a full on scam it's certainly padded out with unresponsive leads, no logical structure on lead pricing and extremely poor customer service. I have gained some work but overall only around 1 in 8 or so leads have ever responded to my approaches. I've had competitors checking out my pricing with no intention of hiring. I've been the first to contact a lead only to find the job had already gone to another Bark user. How does that happen if I'm the first to reply. Pathetic.

1 ★These people are frauds! Overpriced, I've been promised to get my credits back on the 3rd day still got nothing after almost spending a R1000 for little credit. They don't reply to my emails. Never again.

1 ★EDIT: they asked to get in touch with them...apparently they didn't read the review all the way through....I DID! THEY NEVER RESPONDED! Get hired guaranteed? Nope. Haven't even heard back from the company. Do not use waste of money.

1 ★The app has based me in Ireland but I'm based in England. The jobs that pop up therefore are not relevant to me. I've emailed Bark at least twice (the first time being well over a year ago). Nobody has got back to me. I don't want to have to delete my profile and start again as I have some references loaded from when I started it up. I'm finding it hard to recommend this app to other tutors within The Tutors Association when I can't even get this issue sorted out. Can someone please contact me.

1 ★I paid 150. got leads especially trying to be the 1st. I would call and out of the 10 leads 2 phones were inactive, 2 didn't have voicemails 3 never replied, 1 person hung up on me 2 people talked to me and 2 ghosted me. I sent emails and texts offerings follow up appointments that worked from them. The majority of DJ's told me to stay away but we're just starting out so I took the risk. not worth it. very few people in our area uses this app and anyone who does doesn't respond.

2 ★Expensive, a lot of bad leads, many leads turnout to bejob seekers or other businesses fishing for info so they can undercut you. Lastly, most of the leads I ve had attempted to get me to drop my price to below profitably. Body guards, bouncers, & and one-offs STAY AWAY FROM.THIS RIPOFF!

1 ★I have been using this ap for over a year and they are a rip off. They say they verify these people but they don't. Most leads are looking for jobs and the others never answer the phone. Some are wrong numbers. They ads have no set pricing, the prices are all over the place. I buy $165 pack and only get two leads. I bought a 1500 pack once and go 20 leads. They are greddy and do not care about the small business. They just charge what they want and if a customer reach out to you, they charge m

1 ★Despite paying for premium service, their buggy app doesn't show leads until several days later. It also fails to display reviews, and customer support has been hopeless. Worked well last year but completely broken in 2025.
