3 ★Can't upload receipts it keeps saying Up Load failed. It also says that I am not set up for a QB account, which is a lie as my money is directly deducted out of my credit card every month. I have to manually input all my receipts without being to add a photo to them. Please fix!!

1 ★Since the update - May 6th (the one that 'Squashed the bugs') my app has been buggier than ever, I can not load reciepts or documents to any transactions and customer services have been poor at resolving. Very disappointed in Quickbooks. One year later app still not fixed, multiple investigations have lead to no fix, will be leaving quickbooks! Avoid!

1 ★Update: spent 3 weeks trying to to get a resolution, following links they provided and filling out their forms. No resolution. Filed complaint with BBB. I HAVE RECEIPTS! I have been overcharged for a year for QBSE TurboTax bundle and am not receiving turbotax services. Unresponsive and just tells me to contact apple. Apple confirms subscription. THIS SHOULD BE CUT AND DRY BUT INSTEAD ITS FRAUD. 68HRS BILLABLE, TRYING TO GET SOLUTION. HOLDING GRUDGE NOW

1 ★Finally canceling after much frustration over the years. Don't taxes earlier this year so I don't feel so invested

1 ★They decided to remove the ability to sign in online to more easily access information for taxes. (Apparently, Intuit wants people to move over to their new program. The reviews I have read said it's a subpar program to this one.) That prevented me from being able to import the info to turbotax. I will be looking for a new app to support my needs since Intuit no longer wants to.

1 ★Doesn't work, app will not open

1 ★Imagine how excited I was when I went to QBSE on my desktop to work on my taxes to discover that, regardless of the notifications I received every time I started driving, the app hasn't tracked a single trip since June of last year. My client list is consistent so I have rules created so I don't have to frequently categorize trips. Now I get to reinvent the wheel for half of the year for an app that is not inexpensive and I use over others because of the trip tracking feature. Waste of money.

1 ★I've had this app since I first started my cleaning business in 2022 and it worked perfectly, then about 5 or 6 months ago I noticed the app wasnt accurately keeping up with my milage. I tried everything to get it to working properly but couldn't. I tried reaching out to QuickBooks to fix the problem, but was never able to get in touch with them, so instead of being charged $14.99 monthly for a service that no longer worked, I canceled my membership and deleted the app.

2 ★Your app breaks on a monthly basis. Seems like 11.1.0 is completely broken. App does not open at all on Android 14 (pixel 7). It's either your app broken, or your backend API keeps losing customer data. What a disappointment from the biggest Tax and accounting company in the world.
