Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Day pass is useless unless you can manage to find a station every 45 minutes. If you can't redock it after 45 minutes charges start adding up at $3 every 30 minutes. So unless you just plan on getting from station A to Station B these things are pointless. If you want to rent a bike for a day youre better off using one of the local bike rentals thatll charge $15 a day, give you helmets, and let you pick out what kind of bike you want so you're not stuck with these heavy and clunky pieces of junk
1 ★app wont let you register an account without a general error, app wont recognize my account
5 ★Does the job just fine. Great system.
1 ★This is a fake copy of the official bike sharing app, titled "Official RVA Bike Share" in the play store. You've been warned.
1 ★Trash.
2 ★I was a little shocked at how many reviews this has after a year (only 5 atthe time of this review) as well as the low level of the reviews making mea little dubious when I went to sign up. First off the app although not themost user friendly worked fine (no explanation of pricing in the accountset up when I tabbed out to research and tabbed back I had to start allover gopass $1.75 per trip, daypass $6 unlimited trips btw). No stations atVMFA, Maymont, or Carytown, and only 45 minutes to get docked or $3 latefees start stacking every 30 minutes (even with a daypass) make this a badoption IMO for an alternative way to site see and brewery hop, I guess ifyou need to get somewhere, you want fresh air, and the place you are andthe place you want to go happen to be near stations it's a good option.
1 ★The app doesn't work, nor does the service, in a reliable fashion. I know many people with same issue, and yet the company claims the problems don't exist.
1 ★Downloaded the app, paid $6 for a day pass, unable to unlock any of the bikes. Customer support was helpful, but ultimately unable to resolve the issue.
1 ★My breaklines broke on my bike and I figured this would be a great temporary bike solution, but they've made it as difficult as possible to rent one of these. My nearest station doesn't have a card reader, so to rent a bike I need to use data to download the app, then instead of letting me rent a bike after downloading it, it is trying to strongarm me into making an account. Forget it. I'm not making an account to pay to rent a bike, I'll walk.
5 ★Great idea, good way to get in lunch time exercise
1 ★Absolute garbage app. It won't let me register, insisting that I left out mandatory fields, can't enter a date. Does not work.
1 ★FAKE APP!!!
