SCOT facilty pour "Suivi et Contrôle des Ordres de Travail" est une suite applicative de gestion d'intervention.Elle permet de traiter des flux émanant de donneurs d'ordre et concernant des interventions sur sites client.
Cette application permet la gestion des interventions (OT) sur site par le technicien.
Dès lors que la CA affecte un technicien sur une intervention, l'agent peut traiter l'intervention ("Ordre de Travail").
Avec le SCOT facility Mobile, l'agent peut réaliser la saisie de son compte rendu d'intervention et l'envoyer à la CA.
