Description
SCOT pour "Suivi et Contrôle des Ordres de Travail" est une suite applicative de gestion d'intervention.Elle permet de traiter des flux émanant de donneurs d'ordre et concernant des interventions sur sites client notamment la société Orange (à travers de PIDI).

SCOT se décline en 2 versions :
* SCOT SaaS : destiné aux CA ETR
* SCOT Mobile : destiné aux agents sur le terrain
Cette application permet la gestion des interventions (OT) sur site par le technicien.
Dès lors que la CA affecte un technicien sur une intervention, l'agent peut traiter l'OT ("Ordre de Travail").
Avec le SCOT Mobile, l'agent peut réaliser la saisie de son compte rendu d'intervention (CRI) en mode déconnecté (hors ligne).
Dès qu'il retrouvera le réseau, le mobile transmettra les saisies effectués à la CA ETR.
