This application shows you the list of the most popular baby names by sex in New York City based on real data provided by NYC!In this version you can get the full list of baby names (100 per page) with the ability to request a certain sex, the application then shows you the names, their rankings and their count (in th whole dataset); in next version you'd be able to search for a certain name and see it's ranking, it's count and it's popularity between different ethnicities (Have been added to this release!) (have you ever wondered how popular is your own name in NYC?! well knowing it doesn't hurt!)

- The data is online and dynamic (you need internet connection)
- These data will (or are supposed to ) update every year by the city of NYC!
- This is a test-run to see the feedback for such application so if you want to see next versions or similar apps let us know!!
