Tato multimediální aplikace představuje atraktivním a zábavným způsobem expozici s tématikou odvěkého ohrožení Prahy ohněm, způsoby hašení a organizování hasičů v dobách minulých. Požáry od 12. do 20. století jsou přiblíženy pomocí dobových popisů, hojně i vyobrazení – zajímavé požáry 19. století zobrazují zejména grafické listy zachycující řadu detailů. Výpovědní hodnota dobových obrazových materiálů je umocněna jejich rozpohybováním pomocí animací zachycených dějů, čímž statická vyobrazení dostávají pozoruhodný dynamickou podobu. Expozice je umístěna ve vodárenské věži ze 17. století, technické stavby, která je součástí skupiny kamenných věží v historické Praze o jejichž zpřístupňování se stará Muzeum hlavního města Prahy. Tato věž je pro veřejnost otevřena poprvé a návštěvníkům nabízí multižánrovou expozici Praha hoří s významným využitím nových médii, ale i neobvyklý výhled na Prahu z vyhlídkového prostoru na vrcholu věže, který plnil funkci exkluzivní rozhledny již v 17. století.Latest updates
