「桜井・宇陀ぶらり」は、桜井宇陀広域圏内（桜井市・宇陀市・曽爾村・御杖村）の広域観光情報・地図情報が表示される絵図や、古地図・イラストマップを、現在地図と見比べながら観光地を周遊できる観光周遊支援アプリです。桜井・宇陀の歴史は飛鳥よりもさかのぼり、大和王権成立の鍵を握るエリア。古文書にも多くの記述がみられる歴史の深さゆえ、未解明の謎が多く、ロマンあふれる伝承の宝庫です。
多くの観光地はもとより、いにしえの風景を確認したり、現在も残り文化遺産の情報もご覧いただけます。
また、吉田初三郎氏の「大和宇陀郡 神武天皇聖跡御絵図」をはじめ、名高い寺院の貴重な古地図や絵図も使用しており、昔にタイムスリップしたような疑似体験・体感ができるようになっています。
