Effort Test for Runners allows you to perform the Conconi test. With this effort test, you will get your anaerobic threshold, which is the limit between the aerobic and anaerobic zone.
If you track your Heart Rate working zones during your training, use Effort Test for Runners for a better performance.
HOW TO USE IT:
This test requires accurate intensity measurement so make sure you do this test in a treadmill or static bike. Use an accurate HRM for better results.
You will start the warming up running at a speed that you feel comfortable.
Once the Effort test is started you will be required to increase 1Km/h each 2 minutes.
The Effort test will continue until the failure point.
Once we reach this point, we will stop the Chronometer and go to the results screen.
At the results screen we will slide on the graph to point the anaerobic threshold.
Click "Confirm" to make the changes permanent .
REQUIREMENTS:
- Polar H7 Heart Rate Monitor (HRM)
- No GPS needed.
