Description
This app is a simulation of Conconi's test.Everyone who have the Zephyr's heart rate monitor can do this effort test.
The test runs as follows:
1-Warming up of 10 minutes.
2-Increase 1Km/h each 200m until the limit.
3-After that press finish button.
The program will plot a graph made from your heart rate data and it will show your anaerobic threshold deflection point.
