1 ★One of the most horrible services ever.. One has to call them 4-5 times a day to remind them about delivery of clothes n pickup.. They are poor in handling clothes n there is no bill provided too.. If u wish to donate ur clothes pls contact them..

My sister named akanksha clothes got faded off nd damaged by so called company urban dhobi. they are not ready to accept this thing instead they are blaming me that might be your clothes was like that only. What nonsense you are talking.it's my suggestion atleast be loyal to your customers as well as your business it will be good for you Mr saransh. I will never recommend urban dhobi to anyone. One more thing Mr saransh I need therefund as discussed on call.
1 ★I have given my clothes 5 days back. On inquiring yesterday there was still a confusion whether its dryclean or wash n iron. After this they confirm that I will recieve my clothes today at 2pm..no calls from their side. I called thm at 5 they said we are sending. Guy comes at 7 with wrong delivery. And when I asked thm to send my. Clothes in an hour there is no call from there side.God knows whether they have my clothes or not.seriously pissed off...
1 ★I gave t-shirts for wash and fold, and they damaged 4 of my brand new t-shirts by ironing when I told them not to. I had them returned so that they can take a look and decide what to do. It has been more than 2 months since that - 2 MONTHS! And I've talked with them more than 40 times in this time period, now I'm just asking for my t-shirts back. I'm not even asking for any compensation and even after 2 months, they are not returning my clothes. I've recorded all the calls and filing a police complaint now.

1 ★I will recommend every one to never use this app.. worst service including pick up and drop. Also the customer is asked to leave the shop, when you share your feedback.. customer abuse referral.
1 ★Took extra charges from me. By stating the weight 3.7kg but actually when the pickup boy came to the location it was weighted as 3.1kg. I don't know why it happened. I called customer care buy nobody was ready to listen. Worst service experience. Street washer is much more reliable then you guys. Shame on you people
1 ★I gave my clothes for wash and fold but they lost a cloth belt of a dress and ruined the dress. When I called they completely denied and did not take the responsibility.. Not just that they say for 48 hrs delievery but I gave my clothes on Saturday afternoon and got them back on Tuesday... I don't understand how many hours they have in a day... And that too they returned my clothes after I called... No sense of responsibility, no punctuality.. And awful service.. Hated it
